The hotel was built in 2008, renovated in 2013. 4 buildings, 2-6 floors, 4 elevators. Total premises -92. There is access for disabled people to the common parts of the hotel and premises. Air conditioning in the common parts of the hotel, main restaurant, lobby bar, pool bar, 3 conference rooms (20/70/130 seats).

SPA center, fitness, medical assistance, laundry, iron (against payment) - the operation of those extra services for summer 2021 depends on the pandemic state declared by WHO and local authorities).

Board: BB and HB. (HB without drinks for lunch and dinner). For breakfast - warm drinks, water, juice.
