Karlovo hotel is situated in Sunny Beach, about 500 m to the centre of resort and 200 m to the beach. There is a bus stop, shops, a hospital, bank and Aqua park “Action” near the hotel.

The common areas - lobby, reception, restaurant, lobby bar are air conditioned and there is free Wi-Fi. The hotel has a pool bar, safe at the reception - 3 € / day, Conference hall with 50 seats, fully technically equipped, massage room, playground and children's playroom, luggage room (free), parking, Wi-Fi (free). Built in 1974, completely renovated in 2011, 2 buildings, 5 floors, 2 elevators, a total of 72 units (rooms and apartments).

All rooms have balconies, personal air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, free Internet; fridge, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, panic button, summer furniture and clothes-drier on the balcony.

Two bedroom apartment with kitchen (2+2 min, max 4 +1), approx. size 70-83 sq.m. - It consists of 2 separate bedrooms with two single beds and a separate kitchen (furnished with a fridge, kettle, microwave, dining table, kitchen utensils). Each bedroom has a personal air conditioning, wardrobe, working table with mirror, stool and bedside tables.

Breakfast - buffet table at the Main Restaurant - 07:30 - 10:00 a.m.,

Drinks included: espresso coffee, tea, cappuccino, mineral water, milk, cocoa, 2 types of juice.

Lunch (3-course menu) from 12:30 p.m.- 14:00, p.m., (alcoholic drinks are not included) Including mineral water and juice.

For a group of more than 20 people - lunch at the buffet.

Dinner buffet from 18:30 p.m.- 20:00 p.m.
A thematic evening - once a week; / Italian, Bulgarian cuisine, etc.
Drinks included: mineral water and 2 types of juice.

Local and international alcohol and spirit drinks at the bar – 10:00 a.m – 23:00 p.m.

The restaurant is open a la carte from 12:00 until 23:00 p.m.
European, Mediterranean, Bulgarian cuisine.
Fresh food and dishes are currently being prepared.

Subject to availability: Early "check in" - free, only if possible.
Late check-out is subject to a surcharge of 50% of the room rate on the day of check-out until 18:00 p.m.

Beach towels are available on request for a refundable deposit of 10 euro. Use of the towel costs 3 euro per day.
